Proppy Priority – Terms & Conditions
1. Non-Refundable Fee
The $999 fee is a one-time, non-refundable payment for Proppy Priority access, regardless of whether the buyer proceeds with a purchase. The plan is valid for a maximum of 90 days from sign-up OR home purchase, whichever is earlier.
2. Scope of Services
Priority entitlements are limited as follows – Legal Summary and Vastu Consultation apply to one shortlisted project; Interior Design Consultation applies to one selected property; In-Depth Reports apply to up to three shortlisted projects. Loan Processing Fee Waiver and Interior Design Consultation are subject to the “terms” of the respective bank/vendor and are not guaranteed by Proppy.
3. Legal Summary Disclaimer
The Legal Summary is a preliminary review of approvals, documentation, and ownership records based on information made available to Proppy. It is not a substitute for independent legal counsel, does not constitute a certified legal opinion or title-license certificate, and does not guarantee marketable or encumbrance-free title.
4. Advisory Services & Cashback Conditions
Home loan assistance, interior consultation, and project reports are advisory/informational only and do not constitute financial or investment advice; Proppy does not guarantee loan approval, appreciation outcomes, or specific returns. The cashback of up to $50,000 is payable only where the purchase transaction is completed and registered through Proppy, subject to builder eligibility, applicable tax deductions, and Proppy’s cashback policy in effect at the time – and after Proppy receives its corresponding commission from the Builder/Seller.
5. Liability & Jurisdiction
Proppy’s total liability under Proppy Priority is limited to the $999 fee paid. These terms are governed by Indian law, with disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
