Non-Refundable Fee
The ₹999 fee is a one-time, non-refundable payment for Proppy Priority access, regardless of whether the buyer proceeds with a purchase. The plan is valid for a maximum of 90 days from sign-up OR home purchase, whichever is earlier.

Scope of Services
Priority entitlements are limited as follows – Legal Summary and Vastu Consultation apply to one shortlisted project; Interior Design Consultation applies to one selected property; In-Depth Reports apply to up to three shortlisted projects. Loan Processing Fee Waiver and Interior Design Consultation are subject to the terms of the respective bank/vendor and are not guaranteed by Proppy.
